- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I absolutely hate stepping foot inside city hall and I love when I pay property taxes how the clerk doesn't hand me my change. I guess my hands look too rough or she's a germophobe either way really unprofessional treatment and dirty looks is what I have to look forward to visiting city hall. What a large collection of stuck up people that think they are better than everyone else. Then I love how I called and left numerous messages about a payment issue to never receive a return call prompting me to visit this lovely place looking for answers. The city is a joke way to many high paying positions for the rather small population in Rutland. I would love to see half of the city hall employees get canned that would make my day.By Brendan Brogren, December 12, 2016
