- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am on the phone right now calling to find out why my mail has not been delivered for the past two days. I was told by the automated system that my wait would be approximately 40 to 50 minutes (yes you read that correctly)! So I have been waiting 8 minutes so far just to see if that was a mistake. It wasn't. if their wait time for their paychecks was determined by customer wait time, they would be getting paid once a year (when the government had to settle out their books)..By Laurie Rosenzweig, February 03, 2017
